Order Processing:

All orders have a set processing time before dispatch.

Deliveries are unavailable on public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We are partnering with courier companies that can provide the fastest and highest-quality delivery services.

Our products are kept ready for dispatch in our warehouse located in Istanbul and are shipped from there.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order as long as its status is “in process.” Once an order is marked as “shipped / delivered / completed,” it can no longer be canceled.
Please note that a pickup or restocking fee will apply.

Due to customs regulations and clearance restrictions, returns or exchanges from countries outside the UAE cannot be accepted.
