1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that, if they confirm the order subject to this Agreement, they will be obliged to pay the order amount as well as any additional charges such as shipping costs, taxes, and other specified fees, and that they have been duly informed in this regard.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes

ORDERING PARTY: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER’s website

PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER

AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Contract executed between the SELLER and the BUYER

GOODS: Movable goods subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar digital products prepared for use in electronic environments
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the specifications and sales price of which are stated below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.
The prices listed and announced on the website are sales prices. Announced prices and offers remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The basic characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the SELLER, the basic characteristics of the relevant product may be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are sales prices. Announced prices and offers remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period remain valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The total sales price of the goods or services subject to this Agreement, including all taxes, is shown below:

Invoice Delivery: The invoice shall be delivered together with the order to the invoice address at the time of delivery.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to this Agreement on the SELLER’s website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Period
Each product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of a distance sales contract relating to the sale of goods, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/institution designated by them, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, provided that they notify the SELLER.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER’s request or clearly personalized needs, underwear bottom pieces, cosmetic products, single-use products, and similar items are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.
13. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections may be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court located in the consumer’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction was carried out.
14. EFFECTIVE DATE
By completing the payment for the order placed through the Site, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
