RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, kept in its original packaging, and remains in resellable condition.

To start a return, please message us on WhatsApp immediately. Requests submitted after the 2-day window cannot be approved.

Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only while it is marked “in process.” If the order status changes to “shipped / delivered / completed,” cancellation is no longer possible.

Fees & Restrictions

A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply. Due to customs and clearance rules, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from outside the UAE.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will confirm acceptance within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
